Lost cheque

Hey HSN..

I have a slight problem. I received a check from you guys... and it wasn't for much whatsoever just $130 but I seem to have lost it? Is there some way to get another one sent or do I have to find this other one?

We are happy to issue another one, but you need to email us at affiliates@healthsol.net or nick@healthsol.net, you need to state the date of the check (or roughly guess), your name and affilaite ID.
