Commission Statements

We are happy to announce the release of our commission statement feature. This feature provides a detailed look at all sales you have been paid for.

Why do I care?

The statements provide a concise view of sales, commissions and adjustments along with detailed explanations instilling confidence in you that you were paid every sale. This new feature can be accessed by clicking Commission Statements under the Sales menu.

Impact

It means the old reports are no longer available. If you would like to view commissions for un-paid sales please do so by using the Tracking page under the Sales menu.

What's Next?

Currently our development team is working in to provide you commission figures for un-paid sales in the same format. We anticipate a release in the next two weeks.

Where're sure you will agree with us that the new format is much clearer and you will be able to identify and resolve your questions easily.

Personally, I do not agree. You’ve taken away one of the most important pieces of information - unpaid commissions total. Everything else was already there; it just required some simple navigating. Now I have to manually calculate my commissions every day. This is progress?

I do apologize the inconvenience this causes all of our affiliates. Our developers number one priority right now is to add a unpaid commissions total.

There have been a number of emails and announcements in the back end interface and you have probably have already noticed, but the new unpaid commission statement in up in running in your back end. It has been since the end of May. Sorry for the delay in a response. Lets just say Health Solutions has been very busy all year.
