You may have encountered server errors when attempting to place orders early this last weekend. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. An issue involving an uninterrupted power supply was responsible. It was restored Saturday afternoon and there should be no further problems. If you are experiencing troubles, please don’t hesitate in contacting us either by phone or IM.
Also, keep an eye out for our Live Chat feature which is to be launched shortly. This will allow you to contact us directly from the corporate website with any immediate questions or concerns. In addition, the option will be available to customers on the online order form if they need quick assistance from our customer service department.
We were very pleased with the results of our quarter one bonus incentive program and are excited to present the details for our summer edition:
Beginning July 1st and ending September 30th, 2007 all affiliates earning continuous weekly commissions with no reports of chargebacks related to unauthorized orders or other such conduct will be rewarded for their good work and efforts. It will break down as follows: All affiliates earning $130.01 to $500.00 each week in this time frame will be awarded $250.00 if no questionable chargebacks are filed against them. If you earn $500.01 to $1,000 each week, the amount given will be $500.00. And for those affiliates earning $1,000.01 and up for each week, a $1,000.00 bonus will be presented. These payments will be issued by 10/30/08 and all qualifying recipients will be notified well in advance. Good luck!
Finally, please note that our offices will be closed on 7/4/08 in recognition of our nation’s holiday. You will be reminded again as the date approaches.
