We’re very excited to announce the introduction of our Live Chat feature. A direct link will be visible when you log into your affiliate back-end, and you will be given the option to begin a chat with an affiliate support agent immediately. This will put you in instant contact with a representative trained to assist you in a particular area. You’ll be able to select an agent based on your current need. (eg: general affiliate support can provide customer/order details, reorder dates, commission inquiries, etc. – technical support is available for all questions concerning your website, templates, price changes, etc. – and general affiliate support for Spanish-speaking affiliates is also on hand.) It is important to note that the addition of LiveChat will take the place of our current MSN chat support. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the feature. We feel this program will further enhance your relationship with us and encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
