REMINDER! Because Monday October 13th is a holiday (Columbus Day), all scheduled payments will be released a day late (10/14). Rest assured, though, our office will still be open during regular business hours.
Those of you who are under review, please take note that your customers are called in the order the information is received. No direct requests (via phone, LiveChat or e-mail) to contact the customer will be granted. Several orders require confirmation each day and we have a verification agent on-hand to make these calls. There is no risk that an order will go forgotten. It slows down the process when we’re fielding constant requests to contact the customer (in some cases, mere seconds after the order is placed). We ask that you simply remain patient and recognize that every order submitted will be followed up on for confirmation in a timely manner.
