We get excellent results from 4rx and have since 2007.
Conversions are good with a good range of products.
Payments are every 2 weeks and have always been reliable.
The rare customer disputes that PSP brings to their attention are resolved quickly.
As you can see they are listed high on our Rx program ratings - Generic Pharmacies
(http://www.drugstorebestbuys.com/affiliates/default.htm)

Sam is a very good affiliate manager which really helps build a profitable relationship.
The affiliate back end is also very good making it easy to track and measure performance.

Things seem to be slipping a little here to me...
Payments used to be every week... now sometimes its a couple weeks or more... I still can't seem to get paid what they say was sent last week...
Communications are spotty...
Sales seem to be down... Sam blames it on the economy but other programs are doing better than ever...
Conversions are no where near what they used to be... I can't even make PPC traffic pay for itself anymore...

So I too would be curious as to what others current impressions are... maybe it's just me...

Apparently it's not just you 'BowFromMI'.
Part of my agenda in posting is in respose to a 4Rx affiliate
collegue who thinks 4Rx is giving every sign of being 'in trouble'
in recent months, after a very good record previously.

Like you, payments not arriving.
I've been told:
Sam Phillips rarely responding to eMail queries and requests,
and when he does, giving cryptic few-words-only seemingly
evasive replies.
Trying to contact a human at the company is unproductive.
Sam Phillips apparently handles everything, no human alternative.
Many days with no conversions and then a bunch in a short time,
statistically highly unlikely.

Hence my post for information before commiting valuable traffic.

WOW there boys!
Don't butcher me just yet.

It seems I can't ever say it enough...
If any of you have any issues, questions or comments, you are always welcome to call me directly 24/7 on my direct toll free 1 866 443 8607
I reply to my emails daily and have not neglected any of you intentionally.

Yes, I have been traveling, and that has caused replies to be sometimes a little short and delayed but nothing to the point of sounding the alarms here...

Payments might have been a little late but always arrived...We have been doing weekly payments for years, that's one of the features that put us on the map. The fact that we have slipped at times, is obviously frustrating for all, but we always come through...

PSP guys, have you noticed any changes in the sales due to the economy?

It makes me sad to see that some of the people that I have been working with for years are the ones hurting me the most when a minor delay happens.

But one thing I can tell you is that we are stronger then ever and far from any trouble...maybe some other affiliates can step forward with some positive feedback.

regards,

See no changes in my stats. Conversion is the same as usual.
Same with reorders.

Sam, quit whining anytime anybody wants to talk about any problems with your program... that's why there's been no discussion of your program since Nov 2008... everybody is afraid to say anything you might construe as negative... you need thicker skin in this industry...

Maybe we need some negative posts here to get you to get in gear again here... it's seems to me like you just built the program and put it on cruise control for the last 6 months and have put your attention elsewhere ... I'd say everything axolotl is true... everything about the program seems to be slipping, but bring it up and we're "butchering" you... not trying to butcher you, just want you to keep the program at the same high level it always was...

OK I appreciate that Bow.
As long as we agree that we are not in trouble or anything like that.

If there has been some lack of attention on my side, i apologize for that and do promise to get back on track.

I appreciate getting my attention over this.

PSP has not had any slowdown in sales with 4Rx. However there has been a slowdown in growth overall - not surprising given the GFC.
We did have 1 very irate customer complaint about 4Rx. Sam and team were able to sort out quickly. Customer mistakenly though a refund was an extra charge and was going to 'call in FBI'. With the error calmly pointed out he is happy again.
4Rx keep excellent records allowing such situations to be easily resolved.

PSP monitors program performance as we are often contacted to sort out customer concerns. This is one of the factors that helps us to update our pharmacy program ratings list (http://www.drugstorebestbuys.com/affiliates/default.htm)
4Rx continue to be in our top rated programs.

Hi Sara,
Is 4rx and Aclepsa the same company? Their websites and prices look very similar.

April 14th, 2009, 12:31 PM
Yes, Aclepsa, who used to be Quality Generics, was purchase or merged with 4x a year or two ago...

I had gone through some information online about 4Rx and I was socked when I read following post.

http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/spam-emails-c111592.html

In support of that , I had read the following information from FDA website.

http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/NEWS/2007/NEW01595.html

FDA doesn't advise to buy Brand or Generic Accutane online then why these people don't stop promoting it.

As an affiliate there are chances that in future even I can be in trouble even though I don't promote those medicines.

Sam, reply if you have anything to say.

Hi guys, sorry for the delay i have been on the road for a few days just got back to normality now...
We never send emails to our customers or contact them in any way.
SPAM can be received from many other places as we all know.

We specialize in non controlled generic meds and we always check for any changes in regulations or when a laboratory discontinues a product. That is why we have removed some meds from our site.

Payments are going out tomorrow, will be on a weekly basis as usual and feel free to contact me in case you have any further questions or comments.

Regards,

PS: good to see some of you are still lurking in the forum :)

Glad to see you dropped the Rimonabant. Really.

What's with the 150k background image on your site? Combined with your paleolithic server, it makes your start page a full 3 minute loader from the U.S.

Hey,

As a long time promoter of 4rx I thought I shuold post my experiences here. Aside from the Rimonabant being pulled, I really do not have any complaints. Payments are still on time and being made to me. I am still as always extremely happy with my re-order rate as every bit helps.

On another note, pharmaboy, they do not sell Accutante. If you visit the website in the link you provided, you will notice this note where the buy tables would be it states:

"Note: We no longer carry Generic Accutane (Isotrentinoin) due to possible negative side effects."

Sam, keep up the good work!

Hello Friends,

I am researching more and more fake online pharmacies and I wonder that All affiliates in this community only promoted those fake pharmacies just to earn few quick bucks.

Dear Affiliate Friends, it is my advise to all of you to stay away from all these pharmacies because there are chances that you journey can end in prison and heavy fine.

Look at this article:

http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2005/world_express_rx.html

Read this article carefully. One strange thing which will you note is:

"Kolowich operated an Internet pharmacy website at www.WorldExpressRx.com, from which customers could order prescription drugs without having a prior prescription."

Have you tried to visit the website which is mentioned here?

www.WorldExpressRx.com (http://www.WorldExpressRx.com)

It is redirecting to 4Rx.com. Socking.... Beware friends beware. There is some connection between 4Rx.com and www.WorldExpressRx.com and if you still continue promoting them, one day you will be in jail.

Stop promoting them. Even though they are paying high or on time, what would be the use if government fine you for jail or take all your money.

Hello again,

we bought the domain name from a third person a while back...I don't understadn what relation you are trying to create between us and WERX...The Kolowich case was dealt with, the guy did his time and i think he is out now, done and over with...It's a story this forum followed a loooong time ago.
Your post is a little confusing, first you mention "fake" OPs, not sure why...then you advise affiliates to stay away from these pharmacies and then you post the WERX article...To finally end with a "Friends Beware, do not promote or you go to jail"...

If your intention is to blow the whistle about something please be a little clear about what it is...Are you shocked and concerned over the fact we bought a domain name and re-directing it to us?

Hope to hear from you soon...

We have never had problems with 4Rx. They are in our top affiliate programs lists (http://www.drugstorebestbuys.com/affiliates/default.htm) because they have earned the position. Ratings in our lists at http://www.drugstorebestbuys.com cannot be purchased.

Where affiliates need to be concerned about legal danger is promoting controlled meds see Wiki list (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Controlled_Substances_Act)
