What is HSN's policy on "return to sender" adjustments?
Do they just deduct the aff's commission for the sale or do they deduct the whole sale?

Since HSN incurs a number of costs for all returns, (such as return shipping, restocking fee, as well as payments already made to the doctors and pharmacies for their services), adjustments are handled on a case to case basis. If you have questions about a adjustment you received, please contact your Affiliate Account Manager directly so they can help you understand the circumstances behind the return.
