How To Track Sales With Google Analytics ?

Anyone knowing how to set up Google Analytics to track sales (I’m using the template associated with the premium marketing package).

you will need to go to "stores" and then "manage stores." select the store you wish to alter and go to "order form and tracking settings." towards the bottom you will notice a space where you can enter the UAID for your google analytics account.

I have already set it up to track ordinary statistics – but I would like to track when a customer place an order (when he sees the order confirmation page) – to do that – my Google Analytics code must be implemented in that page – and I must submit the page URL to Google – but what is the URL (http://xxxx.hsnsecure.com (http://xxxx.hsnsecure.com/)/?????)? And is my Google Analytics code implemented?

By the way when I go to the checkout page it asks me: Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely? - I think this warning message may scare some potential customers.

the domain you will need to submit into google analytics is your domain followed by hsnsecure.com, as in "http://www.yourstoreurl.hsnsecure.com" once google analytics provides you the appropriate code you will need to enter this at the location specified in my earlier post.
