Hi,
I am an affiliate for an online pharmacy, but can anyone help me how do I get good traffic to my site..one is through link exchange..what is the other option

well the best way is to get your site posted on different boards and forums where it is allowed.
Moreover when your promoting the program you must also make sure you tell people the benefits and features so that they know whats the offer about.

You can get organic traffics which surely is very good source.
The best way is to select the domain names accordingly if your willing to go by SEO method.
Please reffer to my post about how to select domain name in the Newbie Section.
You can also have different modes of traffic like getting Optin lists from other members who are willing to share their lists.
Best I can say is If you have patience you will get good and stable traffic , because re-orders are a lot of importance in this biz.
Below are some ways of traffic:-
1) Bulk Mails ( Optin )
2) SEO
3) Link Exchange
4) Blogging
5) Back Link Building
6) Organic Traffic ( Like deriving them from some other information sites which gives medical helps)
