How do you find partners to exchange links with?

I find it rather hard to find link exchange partners in this niche. Not many forums (actually this is the only one i found, other than affiliate programs specific ones) and even here there are just few threads about link exchanges in the corrensponding sub-forum.
Also when searching in google, the most of the owners of such sites dont seem to be too anxious about exchanging links with you.

So how and where do you find people willing to exchange pharmacy links with you? :)

it's pretty hard to find link partners at all, let alone in pharmacy niche :)

You get more luck by looking for directories that accept pharmacy sites where you can get listed for a reciprocal link.

i'm on linkmetro but it's next to useless so far, the most of the guys there if active at all link you from huge link directories on their own sites, with hundreds of links on them.
You can't communicate with them directly either....
And you gets lots of spam link request from non related sites
