I just wanted to see what everyone else's average reorders are. Do they increase frommonth to month or stay about the same?

Hi Smokey

I would also be interested, so to start the ball rolling I have done the following
I have worked out the "Total Order Count from Reorder Email System" as a percentage of "Total Order Count"

June 0% No reorders
July 4%
August5%
Sept 8%
Oct to date 9%

Soin 5 months my reorders have gone up 10%

Are you talking about reorders of e-scripts-md from old customers? New OPs and new crop of customers don't have the balls for that kind of reorders (IMHO).

Customer service is the key to reorders. If you give someone a reason to go somewhere else, they will and as we all know there are a lot of deals to be found out there.

Brian, for you guys with the thousands of orders a day and all the affiliates bringing in the sales, your point of view is most likely accurate for your market. For the little guy like me it would prove disasterous as we all can imagine. I try totreat every customer like they are the only customer I have and hand job their questions and problems until they are happy. A disgruntled customer will never come back. With that I gain their trust and their repeat business so they don't look around and find out that they can buy their meds $50 cheaper from some lowballer.I have a targeted niche audience, I know their ailments, their needs and the medications they buy. I only sell a handfull of meds and don't try to sell every med the OPs offer. Know your product, know your customer, business will take care of itself...and it does.

The easiest customer to sell is one that has already bought from you in the past. Edited by: redex
