Only during Visa's investigation into whether these are controlled substances or not...
Visa's stance that there are controlled, which obviously seems flawed, is what is causing many OP's to lose their processing capability...
Hopefully, thru their investigation, Visa can determine that these are not controlled which would be a great step toward stability of this industry...

Think HSN should consider accepting American Express Cards – so customers have more payment methods to choose from.

BowFromMI is correct, this change is only temporary while VISA finishes up their investigation concerning this matter. In the meantime we have added C.O.D. as a payment option to all order forms, in order to provide customers with different payment options for their convenience.
Aside from C.O.D. customer can also choose MasterCard, E-Check or Money Order as a method of payment to order these specific medications. Orders for all other medications can still be processed using Visa.
We will keep you notified of the progress of VISA’s investigation and any subsequent changes. If you are an affiliate of Health Solutions Network and have any questions feel free to contact your Account Manager directly.

Strange time to delay payouts:
"Due to the observance of a religious holiday by our merchant processor, commissions for the pay period 5/11-5/17/2010 will be delayed by one to three days. Your patience and understanding regarding this delay is greatly appreciated. Please contact Affiliate Support if you have any questions."
Anyone know which religious holiday is at the beginning of next week?

The holiday in question is Shavuot, which spans from Sunset on May 18th to Nightfall on May 20th. As previously specified the delay in commission payments is due to this holiday and should take no longer than 3 business days. We appreciate your understanding concerning this matter, if you have any question feel free to contact your Affiliate Account Manager directly.
