What is your best key phrase, conversion wise?
We have a lot of experience with different key phrases, some bring a lot of traffic but less conversion (for example, 'XXX side effects' seems to draw many people in the website - of course the link should lead to some text dealing with this subject...)

What did you find is best, conversion wise?

Each product has its own converting keywords - best way to know which keyword convert best is to test it. Best is to create a page for each keyword and get the traffic to the pages, using a tracking software you can see what converts best for you and learn what new keywords there are for you.

Long phrase keywords can be ranked easily because it is not merely competitive specifically for medicine products.
