Matt Brown is a mother fucker scammer he hides himself behind Julian ass ... never pay affiliates on time and steals call centers orders....They support agents are ..SOB ....They will call all customers for re-orders...and screw your customers. Admin put pent on all your orders without any reason. If you process 10 orders in a day 10 out of 8 orders they will put as re-orders or duplicate orders refill date with after one month later ... but they charge the customers and ship the products to the customer without updating the affiliate back-end ...

He is not making any reminder to our customers, they are taking new orders with our customers by offering $10 or $15 discount. They are just stealing customers and re-orders commission too. When we place an order for the same customer they just put an old order ID number and updated back-end as duplicate order.

We have not posted on the forum in awhile due to the Holidays and we have been very busy dealing with our affiliates. This person posting about our program has no idea what he is talking about. We allow affiliates to sell to our clients since normally thier pricing is higher than ours. I think most other program do not even allow this.This person must of had allot of common clients that our company already services. We also moved out payout schedule to 2 weeks in the rears currently from 1 week in rears. I was trying to contact you for last 3 months ... and every time Julian says you are not available in the office...What typed of services do you provide to affiliates other than stealing orders.If an affiliate have a problem their Affiliate manager should solve the problem not someone who don't even answer for a simple question.

I have real chat b/w the support team and me do you want me to post here that you guys have a re-order group/center who call all the clients for re-orders but you guys never pay the re-order commission to the call centers???? Let me know asap .

Your tracking system sucks big time .. if a client put an orders through website you guys won't process that order but after one day you Admin put a PENT starting duplicate order ..wtf ?? I have 100% proofs.

Let me make my last post clear. Your comments are wrong and I do not have time to go back and fourth with you over the board. We have allot of affiliate and you are the only one complaining about our program that what I meant in my last post. This will be my last post to you. I just want to make previously post clear. Now please join another program and complain to them every time you have a clients name that is already in their program and they do not fill your order. Tell them they stole your clients. I know you are under the impression that all your clients only use you for services. How nice it would be for everyone in the industry if that was true.
