That just scares the heck out of this rookie. It makes me wonder how implicated or legally
liable/prosecutable, etc., is a lowly affiliate if LE comes after the affiliates' network, or its
doctors and pharmacists. Are we salesmen, or website renters, or bulletin boards, etc.?
I don't believe that my site is advertising any controlleds, but the tramadol, butalbital, and
Flexeril we advertise seem to be in a legal gray area, i.e. state vs federal. And the
no-prior-prescription/no face-to-face issues are another concern. But I'm not getting out!!!
At least not until I've heard that The Fat Lady has asked for her pre-performance tea with honey.
Forgive my likely naive postings. I'm struggling with these kind of issues at this time.
