I get the same thing. I get a 504 error trying to launch myrxcash.com and I can't pull up one of my sites that I use their templates on.

Anyone know what's going on?

I got part of one of my sites up and clicked the chat and found out:

frank: any idea why myrxcash.com is not launching?
Victor Garcia: We regret to inform you that currently we're having a system failure due to system software upgrade since yesterday until now. Unfortunately, we're still waiting from the technical department when will be the system be fully operational.
frank: ok...so no ETA at this point?
Victor Garcia: All of our websites and software systems are down as of the moment. Yes, unfortunately, there is no definite time frame when will be the systems fully operational.
frank: hmmm, ok. Thank you

No ETA so I wonder how long they're going to be down.

Same problem here.
Sale-sites like Topills.com came back up a few days ago, but our
affiliate stats etc. on MyRxCash.com remain unreachable.

The states dashboard is working now but I don't see any visitors from my websites for the last 4 days :(

Hi Guys,

Apologies for the delay, we are back up!

Some of our websites and affiliate program were “up and down” simultaneously for couple of days…

It began with an ugly DDOS attack, yep – unfortunately these kinds of things take place in our glorious industry. For the seniors who operate in this industry in the past years it’s not a new thing…:(

These events forced us to make changes, upgrades, establish block dos platforms and check our host and so on…

I am happy to tell you that this is all behind us now. Getting back up from such a massive attack in couple of days isn’t a simple thing, we are now monitoring and testing the systems to make sure all works smooth.

All stats, orders placed during the simultaneously downtime, and data are now showing up in your affiliate accounts. Affiliate commission payments were paid and sent – clockwork!

Our Affiliate manager’s team will be more than happy to support or assist so PM or email us.

Thanks for the update. My site's up, but the visitors are not getting tracked on dashboard still, that are showing up in statcounter/analytics.

anyone else facing any similar issues?
