How to close pharmacy site

Hi guys,

Anyone who knows how to close pharmacy site? Because my costumers still ordering on my pharmacy site, but don't have credit anymore because my back office already suspended. I can check it to my e mail add, orders on my site.

I observed when my back office is still active, all my sales are on Q status first, but now already suspended orders coming in to my site automatically shipped and this is according to the automated email of RXpayouts.

Hi kels,

if you own the domain of your site you can simply change the DNS setting to the default name servers of your domain registrar.

if you don't own the domain and own only the hosting you can simply remove your site from the hosing (in your hosting control panel)

if you don't own the domain and hosting account you will need to contact the domain or hosting owner and ask them to take the site offline.
