What's with the ***** in the order numbers. SO much for providing our own customer service.

There just taking it all away from us one thing at a time.
Pretty soon we won't be able to even see our orders! smileys/smiley11.gif They'll just tell us how many orders went through that day and we'll just have to trust them. smileys/smiley5.gif

man, half the times people dont even receive email confirmations! How are we suppose to manually send them the link? I dont want to have them wait for a customer serv rep to respond which with some companies can take many hours.

Chicago,
I think that's why they did this. Because you could easily take their link in any bounced email and use all the order numbers to get personal information.
Very bad in EVA's eyes and therefore, they did what they did IMHO.
I agree, however, they must implement a new way for us to notify EVA of an incorrect email address so we can send them the email manually under the right address.

I see why the changes were made in TSS and I now feel it was a good choice. It may cause a little inconvenience but nothing major.Edited by: chicago

First thing CS is gonna ask you is "What is the order number?" Good luck getting that figured out. So we don't do our own customer service anymore. smileys/smiley6.gif

yeah it was WAY easy to take the order # and get all the customers info if you did the "check order"
It was a basic HIPAA violation I'd bet. I heard it's $100 per violation... wonder how many $$$$$$$$$$$'s that would be
