    We have recieved feedback from customers complaining that there orders are taking too long to be shipped. Some say they have been overlooked totally. We have stated on our website 1 day delivery. Should we change this and what should we say 24 to 48 hours? Will the orders take this long to be processed and sent from now onor is this just a matter of working the problems out? I would appreciate any info on this. If I did not post this in the correct section it is concerning Hope Mills Universal

    Customer added a note to order

    The note said: please cancel order. thank you.


    The note said: I have tried your live help, e-mail, and called customer serv. since Sat. you all still have not cancelled this. DO NOT CHARGE my credit card! and email me when you have cancelled this.


    The note said: I just talked to Paul at customer service he said he is definately going to cancel my order, I will not accept this if it comes to my door, made several attempts to Cancel make sure it gets done


    The note said: it has been 27 days order. please ship a.s.a.p. thankyou


    The note said: just called 1-888-557-1872. She said sending to mananger to make sure its cancelled this time.


    The note said: CANCEL THIS ORDER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CANCELLED ON SATURDAYThe note said: CREDIT CARD COMPANY notified


    The note said: Please cancel order.The note said: Cancel order -- will not arrive in time. Very unhappy with your service.


    The note said: Please cancel order Thank youThe note said: Cancel order now we are going out state.


    The note said: PLEASE CANCEL ORDER immediately. THANK YOU


    The note said: please cancel order.


    The note said: Please cancel this order


    The note said: cancel order


    The note said: please cancel order and release hold on my credit card thankyou


    The note said: cancel this order


    The note said: This order was received before 2:00pm and should have been sent out yesterday


    The note said: Do not submit the charges for this order until product ships
