MyRxBiz Update for Affiliates?

Just wondered if you could give us a state of the union (so to speak). Issues we see:


(1) Multiple orders sitting in "C2 - In QA Process." When will these change? We've seen these for the past two weeks but hardly any have changed. Does this mean your new model is not as successful as you first thought - meaning nothing is getting pushed through?


(2) For clarification you should date every order with more accuracy - for example, I see orders that are 1-1-04, 1-2-04, etc. and they just shipped yesterday or today.We would like to know how much time it actually takes for someone to order and then receive their script. So, if you could maybe add a column that "follows" the transaction in realtime that would be great.


(3) You added hundreds of medications a few weeks (or longer) ago like Atenolol, Furosemide, etc etc. What is the ststus of these meds? Do we promote them anyway or not bother? If we promote them, do we just market them like Drugstore.com does, meaning the customer must understand they have to have a script when they order? Is there a CLEAR way for us to have the person fax or mail their scripts in to you guys?


On that note, we've done some comparison prices from you guys and Drugstore.com. Your prices do not allow us to undercut them in anyway. Do you see any remedy to this situation?


I have many more questions, but just want to get the ball rolling with these.

What bothers me is all the credit cards that have been charged and no products shipped. I get these type of messages from customers on a daily basis.

Any answers to the questions we have above? I've seen your new handle but that really doesn't address the questions a bunch of us have about your company and its current state.


Will you answer the questions to some accuracy? I think you will see that complete and honest answers is worth its weight in gold (from your affiliates anyway)...

I heard from a little birdie they may be consideringcooperating and giving up all info (names, addresses, bank accounts) in return for lesser penalties. Just the rumor, good luck all. I left months ago when I found out who their fullfillment company is linked with.

I am very disappointed with these guys! I should have quit back when they started requiring DR visits for all meds controlled and non and FORGOT TO TELL US !!! In fact it is still posted on their Partneradmin site under latest news that "The non-controlled medications (Best sellers like Soma, Fioricett, Viagra, Levitra.) will still be shipped like the good ole days."



Not only that-even with a dr visit, every order is being declined or not shipped. What a joke-BTW, I am still waiting for my one measly wire that took me three weeks to reach their minimum-yet still did not get paid!!!
