I have been sending mine to firstname.lastname@example.org. That is where they were suppose to go last I heard. I set up an auto responder telling them to send the complaint to them for fastest service. I got tired of trying to salvage orders [img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]. I agree since we don't have acces to anything we can't do much. You can tell them to check their status on your web page too.
