DAVIE, Fla. -- Drug Enforcement Administration agents raided a pharmacy in Davie today and stripped it of its license, charging that the business fills online orders for patients who have not seen doctors.
"He's been well aware that this Internet scheme, like all others in this situation, is a violation of federal law because no doctor patient relationship exists," said Joe Kilmer of the DEA.
Agents say buyers fill out a questionnaire online, which is forwarded to doctors around the country who sign off on the prescriptions, which are then filled by Rx Network of South Florida. It's all within the law, according to the company attorney, Sean Ellsworth.

"This is a pharmacy. They get valid prescriptions, and a state administrative law judge ruled that the prescriptions that were presented, that everyone looked at, were valid prescriptions," he said.
Today's raid is part of a recent DEA crackdown on online prescription drug providers, according to officials.
Agents raided a similar Davie company located in the same complex last week, but investigators say the two businesses are not related.
No arrests were made in today's raid.
An interesting point here is that their attorney claims that a judge had already cleared their prescriptions.

They won a case not too long ago but apparently the dea doesn't care...

I think the owner of Rxnetwork owns many online pharms including usa prescription. I just called usa prescription order line and they are still taking orders.
The more pharms that go down, the more business for others!
I've heard USAPrescriptions.comalways ran things a little on the risky side.
