OK, so its been 6 months since the FEDS stormed MWS and froze the funds and assets. I dont know much about law but, I know that when a criminal is questioned that they can only hold them for 72 hours and they they must release them, stuff, etc...

So, since NO indictments, NO charges, NO fines, blah, blah blah, how long can they hold all of Brian's business hostage with no formal charges ?

I find it hard to believe that they can just say " Its under investigation" for ever . There must be a finite period.

Can any legal eagles shed some light ? Also any news ?

Brian has been very discreet in telling us exactly what is going on. I would assume there's some sort of acourt date if the assets of their company were in fact frozen. From the little details I know, it all seems a bit fishy.

Rightfully so, even for RICO or any other situation where the government claims these funds/assets were proceeds of crimes, it's still decided in court. Now, if there was an injunction or so, or a freezing of some sort, there would be an expiry date/time where the government would need further proof to continue it.

Let's wait for Brian's response, because I would like to know when the injunction/freezing is set to expire or what the next stage is.

i doubt you'll ever see your money. i am curious that no one has found any court orders for the freezing of the assets or any charges being filed. i would think it would have started and would be public record like any other criminal trial/charges.???

Well here I am as always. Not ducking, nor hiding.

I am sorry the effect this has had on all of you. This has also
hindered my personal relationships with my partners, and MWS has lost
all its employeees. I know for a lot of you this is how you make your
    living.

I know it sucks that still no update. I am also VERY frustrated. our
attorney in Iowa has cooperated with the goverment investigations since
day one. This also includes us. Everything from money, to servers to
even cell phones, still being looked into.

If I knew what they were looking for I would help so we could all move on.

You all do have options here. 100% legal options. Consult an
attorney. This is not a blow off. This is all I can comment at this
    time.

As soon as it is resolved, I will let you know.

    Keeping u updated....
