I would definitely say 15% (lead to client conversion) is a stretch. 5%-7% more the reality.
At least that's what my experience has been.
Do what I do...the trick is to get very little traffic at all...that way, when you get lucky and someone converts, your percentage is WAY up. [img]smileys/smiley1.gif[/img]

10% to 12% from PPC
5% to 10% from free search
1% to 2% from content driven pop ups
Takes 3 to 4 months from enquiry to settlements - so you need cash flow to fill your pipeline. Pretty good consistent earnings after that.
