I've been with them for over 2 years, payments were always sketchy but got them, until late last year. I called Alicia to get my payments straightened out (missed April, and Aug) she said would be taken care of, well sept, oct, nov, came and all with the same responses. Finally she said i would recieve a lump sume middle Jan for the missing month'(s). Of course Nothing, Nada, Zip, and she's never available and wont return my phone calls anymore. POS OP!
