Thread: No more MC?

    Default No more MC?

JRB, I've been getting customer notes in the backend that were not able to order their refills with MasterCard.

Do you guys not accept MC anymore?

We are not accepting Mastercard as of now, but we are negotiating new processing and will be accepting M/C and Amex in the short future. The persecution of our industry is getting rediculus.

Our customer service has been working to convert all orders by contacting patients by e-mail and phone to try other forms of payments. This has been pretty successful, although we will be back with all forms of payment shortly.

Thanks for clearing this up. I agree with Dave though in that I'd rather hear in an email from you guys than from mad affiliates sending me emails because they can't reorder.

After a lengthy conversation with the management of JRB, I am satisified that they are doing all that they can to over come the ridiculas hurdles being thrown in front of them by the various processing companies.

Keep up the good work fellas. Your one of the few actually looking out for the best interest of your affiliates!

What about the ridiculous hurdles being thrown in front of them by the various U.S. government agencies wanting to put an end to their operations?

I can't believe a single op hasn't made any announcement regarding what happened to affp/grb and what they are doing about remaining compliant with various laws/regulations governing them and theirs. JRB? HSN? Pharmgroup? RxP? RxSource? SSO? Anyone???
