I've gotten a couple contacts from repeat customers who keep getting an error when trying to place orders at my HSN storefront

I am repeat customer but the system will not let me reorder on line. It is asking for a coupon code. Can you provide a code # for me so that I can place my order?
I don't remember getting a coupon code for my reorder customers to use, but maybe I missed something.

Anyone else having the same problem?
