BMPharmacy and EDANDMORE - No payments and no responce.

Any affiliates having trouble getting funds wired to their bank accounts from bmpharmacy com or edandmore com? Also Sean no longer returning my emails. My1Rx.

I have a pending payout from them as well. Very small but pending, the first payout I had after it reached the minimum for payout it took atleast I think 3 to 4 weeks to receive.

Pending payments have been taking longer and longer to process. It has gotten to a point that a payment would be pending for two months, i would email Sean and ask him pending on what? Finally a payment would be made and a bank wire sent. It has now gotten to a new level that a payment will show paid but a bank wire will never arrive also Sean will no longer respond to my emails on this issue. Very disappointing, also i have stopped marketing bmpharmacy. My1Rx.

Anyone else experience this? I have the support page to fill out a ticket at EDAndMore but when I log in, it sends me to the main EDandMore page. I can't even fill out a ticket.

Hi My1Rx,

Both the sites look very professional and I am sure they also convert well however when a program has issues with affiliate payouts it means that they mostly likely didn't get paid by there payment possessor, this is one of the mean reasons for the downfall of many big programs.

My program has been in business since 2008 and we are planning to stay in business for many years to come, please let me know if you have any questions about the program and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

It's been I think almost about 3 weeks already since "payout" was made from these people and never hit my bank account. I've emailed a copy of my statement to confirm and ask what's happened with payout and no one replies back to me.

I've attempted to log into the ticketing page and once I hit login it sends me back to the main edandmore page. So I can't even fill out any ticket with any type of priority.

It has been a week emailing edandmore and no one replies back. In my opinion, market for these people at your own risk.

Got My Payout yesterday. FINALLY.


If you haven't gotten your payout. I would recommend to go to the site, use the live chat, ask to speak to a manager let them know you have been trying to speak to Sean, you've sent emails and no reply.

Go to: https://edandmore.com/support/ fill out a ticket with your info, use department payment. Grab that ticket ID and give it to the Live chat rep. Chances are he will tell you that once manager sees the email you'll get a respond and voila, you get a respond from sean.


Payouts are being done once a month, every 15th.

damn that's a pretty long time. My payout was made twice. So the second payout that came in is being deducted as sales come in. I wish I had any more tips to contacting Sean or a manger their that deals with affs but the way I described was what worked for me.

Thanks Osalesmarket, I tried the live chat route but without any success. These guys owe me A LOT of money now, I have 5 payments pending! Anyone considering edandmore.com as an affiliate program should look elsewhere.
